| Altogether, we had a great trip. Here I am in our hotel in Tanjore, which was a little paradise 3 kms from the city, in an idyllic setting.
We got up early morning and had a swim in the pool before breakfast... Peter discovered a lot of things.... |

| He readily adopted the veshti, and was totally at ease in Hindu temples.
We hope to exchange our marriage vows again under this tree (above), or rather these two trees growing into each other, which are symbols of a happy married life (hence the memorial snake stones at their feet). |

| One experience we shared with JayaPrakash and his family (right) and that we won't forget, was the earthquake.
Although 5.6 on the Richter scale, it did frighten everybody in Chennai! (But there were no damages so you probably never heard of it....) |
